You know Al, If you suffer a chronic shoulder dislocation, the reason that it becomes chronic is that the ligaments have been stretched and remain thus forever and ever amen. Therefore: the ligament is stretched and stays that way. I have, on occasion actually made it sore doing (routine info omitted- details in the Members' Area), so the tissue must be stressed.
