I've been doing some research into testicular enlargement (natural, of course!)
So far, I've come up with two interesting supplements/nutrients- zinc and
lecithin. These two will help out a LITTLE- so don't expect miracles! They WILL
help, but only if you're deficient in them in the first place!
Zinc is an essential mineral that is important for the proper function of the
reproductive system. The recommended RDA is 15 mg.
Lecithin has been used to restore sexual powers and glandular exhaustion;
seminal fluid is rich in lecithin, and because of its loss from the body, men's
need for may be especially great. Up to 40g can be taken (I recommend about 15-
20.) Some have claimed that while taking lecithin on a fat-restricted diet,
they noticed that their testes felt "heavier" and that their ejaculations had
increased in volume. This makes sense since lecithin is found mostly in high-
fat foods (and is now processed from soy)and severely restricting your fat
intake would create a lecithin deficiecy.
