I have a few questions i'd like to see answered. The first is in regards to sex. What i was wondering is should i perform the excersices before or after sex and how much of a time frame between the 2 is needed (if at all). My second question is in regards to masterbation. Much like sex how should the 2 be seperated and is there a certain way i could use masterbation to encourage growth.
