I used to pump...
here's how you do it:
Items needed:
Pump with some form of release valve (Believe me you may need it!)and pump trigger of course lube
vaseline

Procedure: lube inside of tube and shaft and head of penis generously. Rub vaseline on base of pump to help make a better seal. Insert penis all the way into pump. Pump just until you start feeling a slight sting then back off just a tad (allow a little air to release.)Keep pump on for 5 -10 minutes and release completely, and repeat. Beginners should only do this for a total of 10 - 15 minutes a day. Till you pump for 3 weeks then work up to 20 - 30 minutes a day for a couple of weeks gradually adding time every few weeks till you reach the point of 1/2 hr to 1 hr a day and so on. Remeber to always completely release pressure every 5 to 10 minutes and rebuild pressure again. Also it is wise to rest every other day so your penis can recooperate from the work out so to speak. After doing this for a while ex: once worked up to 1/2 hr. of pumping you can use a "cock cushion" (cock ring) to retain your size just after pumping to keep your new size for a little longer period. Basically you sleep with the cock ring on. Low and behold you're the same new size in the morning. I'm sorry to inform you all...When the statement is made that pumping results are permanent THEY ARE NOT. Not without pumping regularly. If you pump, get to a desired size and quit you will eventually go back to your starting size.

***Caution Do not use too much pressure nor pump for too long in the beginning because you could injure yourself. Or have a deformed looking penis. The deformed thing happened to me. It was pretty scarey luckily for me it wasn't permanent.

Good luck to those of you who wish to perform this procedure. I recommend using a good quality pump like the mega pump created by Dr. Joel Kaplan or the San Francisco Co. They're kinda expensive but they're worth it. They are way better than the crappy ones I bought both of which broke.
