Hey AC, The Trac-Man sounds good. Easy to use. I went to there web site and looked at it but couldn't figure out how it works. I understand you can vary the pull from 0-20 lbs, thats pretty amazing! I take it the fit of the tube has to just right in order to hold a vaccum. Right?. They have the right idea though, holding the stretch for as long as possible. I saw a post and a guy bought one but the tube cracked.( don't know why). It sounds like the reverse of hanging only simpler. How's the leg stretcher going? If you would like details on how I made mine let know, may save you a few bucks. Works pretty good for home made.Also you can go to Eros Village.com, they have pictures. Well gotta go for now.
