IF I'm right..This could save all of us a lot of MONEY...

I'm new to the men only group, so if I am wrong please don't laugh, OK? When I first came to the site, I wasn't sure I could do any of this stuff, especially the hanging. But after thinking about it, I had an idea. Also I ordered a pump prior to my "idea", I got the Dr. Bross for $69.00, I hope it is a good pump, any comments about this pump? I have kids in colleage, So...money is an issue..anyway heres my idea, 1). I did this today, I went to home depot, found some 1 1/2"id flat washers there pretty heavy, so I bought 16 of them. At first I wasn't sure how to attach these bad boys, so I used some tape above the head of my penis, (wrap it around and around in one spot) then let the washers slide down against the tape, the tape now has a larger od than the id of the washers. Well this worked fine except taking off the tape 30 min later..Ouch. so friday I will slip on a rubber, then apply a light wrap of guaze, then the tape. Oh before I go on to my money saver idea, where is the lack of circulation danger come from? (the tape above the head isn't tight so thats not a problem, Right?), or is the danger of ciculation loss from the pulling on the penis via weight? 2). go too safeway buy 3-4 of those hard plastic 16oz coaster drinking glasses. They fit inside of each otherand are really strong and CLEAR, just put 3-4 together and you see what I mean. Now take a hack saw and cut 3 of the 4 glasses, slip the 3 glasses together leaving the 4th one UNCUT and on the bottom. Now you should have what looks like a giant drinking glass. Now use some fix-it or bulldog glue adhesive, (its like silicone but a lot stronger). Glue all the seams, us a lot of the glue. PS. If you think the opening of the top glass where your penis is going to fit is too big in diameter, then save one of the bottom pieces that you cut and cut the very end off of that bottom piece and then turn it upside down and insert into the opening, thus reducing the diameter too 1 1/2 - 2" instead of the 2 1/2 - 3" Now you have a pump (I hope).. Hope I explained this right. I'm tired, getting ready too go to sleep, I work late shift. OK.. idea 3). Take the plastic piece off of a fire extenqisher, they screw on too the hose, the plastic piece looks like and is shaped simular too a 10-11" penis. I think this could be rigged up too be a pump, and at the bottom where the threads are (where it screwed onto the hose), you could screw on a circular hook and attach weight, wareing it for a prolonged period of time after using it too pump up your penis. You could drill into it at the bottom (on the side), go to a auto parts store and buy a metal tire valve, (remove the insides from the stem) surround the metal tire valve with your fix-it glue, then attach a hose to the stem, after buying a pump at the same auto parts store, (the kind you use to remove GL-4 or 90wt)...Well those are my ideas, hope too hear from you guys as to how wrong, or right I got this.. Also since I'm new what should I do along with hanging and pumping, I could do both for prolonged periods of time since I commute and drive delivery trucks. RIGHT?.
